About me
Hello, my name is Piero, I am 30 years old and I hold a degree in Computer Science.
Since I was a child, I’ve always had a great passion for technology, especially computer science.
I also have a deep love for music — I’ve been playing guitar and piano for years, which I consider an essential outlet for creativity and expression.
Beyond technology and music, I’m a true motorsport enthusiast. I love everything related to cars, racing, and high performance. I’m passionate about sim racing and absolutely crazy about Formula 1. I also enjoy the sense of freedom that comes from riding my yellow motorcycle — for me, speed, precision, and control perfectly reflect the mindset I apply in both life and programming.

My career
I have a diploma as a computer expert obtained in 2014. During my studies, I earned several PON certifications and the ECDL (European Computer Driving License). After graduation, I had multiple work and training experiences. I also obtained a qualification as a designer of photovoltaic systems, which allowed me to work in Nola at a renewable energy company called Energy Drive. There, I quickly began managing IT systems and networks, developing small internal programs for the sales team, and supporting the company’s marketing area by handling its social media presence.
Later, while attending university, I continued to work in the IT sector at a medical equipment company in Naples called Lefa. My responsibilities included repairing the software of devices such as ultrasound scanners, managing office computers, and maintaining the internal network. I also applied reverse engineering concepts to understand how certain medical equipment operated.

I attended the Apple Developer Academy, where I deepened my knowledge of software design, teamwork, and innovation through real-world app development. During that experience, I started creating small games and interactive prototypes, discovering how much I enjoyed combining creativity, logic, and technology to bring ideas to life. That journey made me realize that game development is what I truly want to do for a living.
Currently, I am a second-year student at the Digital Bros Game Academy in Milan, specializing in Game Programming, where I’m focusing on creating engaging interactive experiences and further developing my skills in Unity and Unreal Engine.

Human and professional characteristics
I work very well in a team because I can easily socialize and build strong professional relationships. One of my mottos is: “Two heads are better than one, and four are better than two.” I firmly believe that collaboration between creative, dedicated, and visionary minds is the best way to achieve great results.
I have strong abilities in problem finding, problem setting, and problem solving — often through creative and unconventional approaches. I consider myself precise and reliable, but I also love challenges and pushing my limits. I know that learning never ends, and that drives me to constantly improve and acquire new skills.

One more thing…
For me, creativity is the core of innovation. I always try to look at things from different perspectives, connecting ideas that may seem unrelated at first. This mindset allows me to discover hidden opportunities and transform them into tangible results. My experiences have fueled both my creativity and curiosity, shaping the way I approach design, development, and problem-solving.

Career objectives
The future is full of possibilities, and I’m eager to explore them. One of my main goals is to start my own company dedicated to developing VR experiences and video games, combining my passions for technology, creativity, and interactivity. I’m also deeply interested in augmented reality and automation technologies, which I believe will play a key role in shaping the future of digital experiences.
